We ship both United States, Canada and all US territories and military APO/FPO addresses.

We do ship internationally. You can choose your country on the payment step.

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

Shipping cost:

We offer free shipping on all orders $79 and over; orders below this value are charged at a flat rate of $8.90.

Orders under $79 will be charged for shipping depending on your country. Full price will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping times:

Your orders are shipped within 1-3 business days via Fedex or DHL shipping companies.
International orders take 3 business days to be delivered via Fedex or DHL and we ship within same 2 business days.
Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.
Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery in all US territories and military APO/FPO addresses.

You'll receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number within 1 to 2 business days after your order is placed.


Once that tracking number arrives in your inbox, It can take up to 2 business days to activate in the carrier’s system so you might not see movement on it right away.


*Business days do not include weekends or local holidays.

Return & Exchange

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

Looking for another size, colour or another design? You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to make an exchange!

You have the right to change the product(s) that you have purchased from our website in fifteen (15) days after delivery without any damage to the product, its package and without using it. If the product is used or damaged unfortunately the exchange is not possible. You can make an exchange with another product of the same price or with another size of the same product.

In the process of exchange, you should send the form you filled and signed. Click here to reach the form. Please be informed that in the process of exchange the total shipping cost is covered by the customer. You can send the product back to any cargo firm you have chosen and we will let you know the cost of shipping to your address.

You can make your order changes until you receive an e-mail indicating that it has been delivered to the cargo company. You can make this change via info@macawstore.com or online support. After your shipment is delivered to the courier company, no refund or exchange will be possible until the package reaches you, and subsequent transactions will be subject to the rules written on this page.
